Password Reset for your Account
To reset your account password, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen and select Change Password.
A pop-up will appear asking you to add a new password and confirm it.
Click Yes to confirm the action.
This action can be performed by all users, regardless of their role and restrictions.
Password reset for User Accounts
Admin users can reset passwords on behalf of other users.
To do this, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the Users section
Select the user who you wish to change the password for
Click Edit and change the password for them
Click Save to apply changes
It's also possible to change their email here or any other account details.
Password reset for Drivers
To reset your driver's password or username, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the Driver section
Select the driver whose credentials you wish to reset
Click Edit
Under the Account section, find Username and Password and enter the new values
Click Save to apply changes
eLogii support and team members are not authorized to make password changes on behalf of users. If you are unable to reset your password, please reach out to the admin users for your organization to make the change on your behalf.
Additionally, eLogii support and team members will never ask for your account credentials. Please beware of phishing attempts and similar email scams.
