Sub-organizations are workspaces created under one main eLogii account. They have all the same characteristics of the original account in terms of configuration options and features. The only difference is that sub-organizations don't have the option to create other sub-organizations.

If there is another company under your management, or if you would like to test out different optimization scenarios or features you can add it as a sub-organization to your account.

Adding a sub-organization can be done in Configuration โ‡’ Sub-organizations โ‡’ Add.

Click Save once you input all your sub-organization data.

The login link to a sub-organization is the same as the login link for eLogii. The user whose name and email the sub-org has been created under can use the same link you use to log into their sub-org account. However, this means that you cannot have two identical emails for your sub-organizations. In other words, the email you use for your main eLogii workspace cannot be re-used again for accessing the suborganization.

As mentioned previously, the sub-organization will have all options the main workspace has, apart from sub-org creation. The data from the main workspace will not be transferred over to the sub-org, and you would need to import the necessary data such as Depots, Drivers, Vehicles and Tasks and do the initial setup before getting started. We recommend following our Getting Started Guide to ensure seamless configuration.

Even though your sub-organization is a workspace under your main account, any changes made to the configuration and/or entities such as Drivers, Routes, Vehicles, Teams etc. will not transfer over from the sub-org to your main account or vice-versa.
