Optimization Segmentation can be found in Configuration ⇒ Optimization ⇒Segmentation. The segmentation can be done by
Depot - Tasks and Drivers will be grouped by Depot. Multiple optimizations can be run for each Depot separately.
Team - Tasks and Drivers will be grouped by Team. Multiple optimizations can be run for each Team separately.
Driver - Each Driver will be optimized individually with viable Tasks. If the Driver has any connection to a Task (either through pre-assignment or skill), the optimizations will be run Driver by Driver.
Day by day - Dates will be processed sequentially. Especially useful for maximizing the number of Tasks that need to be done over a period of time.
This allows users to run separate optimizations per group to handle large Task volumes efficiently.
