Learn how to add tags to your customers

Tags are used in case there is additional information that should be ascribed to a task.

For example, some customers live in a house and some live in apartment buildings, which could be an important piece of information for your workflow. In this case, you can create tags “house” and “apartment” and assign to the customers appropriately.

Adding customer tags is possible in Customers ⇒ Customer Profile.

Click Save once the information has been added.
