Your Customer Support Contact Information is your Internal Contact details which can be enabled and visible to the Customers and Recipients of your Tasks.
To add your Customer Support Contact Information, navigate to Configuration โ Customer-facing Information.
You can add the following information, visible on the Task Tracking Link and Email Notifications:
Company Name
Phone Number
Email
Alphanumeric Sender ID (to send SMS messages from a personalized Sender ID)
Click on Save once all the relevant information has been added.
This information will be shown only to your customers. The dispatcher/ support contact information for your Drivers/Agents can be configured as well.
