Customizing what the Driver can see in the Task card in their app can be done in Configuration ⇒ Driver App ⇒ Task information shown to the driver.
There are several options for what information can be shown or hidden. For example, if fields like Task UID, External ID, and Reference aren't important for the Driver, they should be switched off. Instead, fields like Customer Name, Contact Phone Number, and Instructions should be enabled and visible.
You can also choose to hide or display specific Task and Item custom fields, and even allow Drivers to edit certain Task custom fields if needed.
Click Save once all the preferences have been selected.
