Setting up customer notifications can be done in the Configuration โ Notifications.
It is possible to set up the content of the notification for each state update the customer will receive, as well as the channel they will receive it from (SMS message or email). SMS and email notifications can be set up for the Delivery contact, Pickup contact and the Depot contact.
You can also chose which type of notifications you want your customers to receive. For example, if you don't need to notify your customers that The Driver has arrived at the depot to pick up their package, simply disable the Task pickup arrived notification.
Click Save at the top right corner once you have completed your changes.
