The Code snippet feature allows you to add custom html in JavaScript code that will be included in the tracking page.

This enables you to integrate various external services with the tracking page.

For example, if you have an external customer service chat, you can easily integrate it with the tracking page via code snippet, and have your customers reach out to your support agents in just a click of a button.
