Task Earliness Panel

Learn more about the Task Earliness Panel

Written by eLogii

To get an at-a-glance view of Tasks that are being handled earlier than expected, you can enable the Task earliness panel in Configuration ⇒ Dashboard Settings ⇒ Operations, and find the Show earliness panel on the Planning option.

Users can also configure the minimum number of minutes that must elapse before eLogii considers a Task early (specified within the Show tasks as early only if earliness is more than x number of minutes).

Click Save to apply changes.

To view your earliness panel, navigate to the Planning screen, where you can see your daily operations live. The earliness panel appears on the left side of the Task overview. Click the filter icon on the Earliness panel to show only the early Tasks.

The Earliness panel shows the % of early Tasks, the number of early Tasks, and the Average and Maximum earliness.

The Earliness panel can be configured to calculate earliness based on either Planned ETA (manually set in eLogii) or Time Windows. By default, earliness is calculated based on the Task's Time Window.

To use Planned ETA for earliness calculations, enable the Planned ETA option under Configuration ⇒ Dashboard Settings ⇒ Operations. Once enabled, the Earliness panel will use the configured Planned ETA values instead of Time Windows.
