These options affect various aspects of daily operations and influence how the eLogii dashboard looks and behaves.

Skip loading tasks when switching Planning screen dates - This option is especially useful when all Tasks are date ranged. This reduces load time.

Fetch only selected teams' data from the server - By default, the dashboard loads data for all teams you can access and filters it instantly as you switch between teams. Enabling this option fetches data only for the currently selected teams. If no teams are selected, the dashboard remains empty until a selection is made. This can significantly reduce initial load time and data transfer for large organizations, though changing team selections will require an additional server request.

Hide driver markers on Planning - This option will hide the Driver pins from the planning screen.

Driver location stale threshold (hours) - Set how old a Driver's last known location can be before it is no longer shown on the map. Drivers with location updates older than the selected threshold will no longer be displayed on the planning screen.

On the current planning date, hide tasks scheduled for other dates - This will hide the Tasks that are not scheduled to be performed on the viewing date.

Open tasks filters panel on Custom Fields tab - When opening filters, the panel will open with Custom Fields filtering options instead of the regular filters.

Persist planning date on close - On closing or refreshing the page, the last viewed planning date will be preserved.

Hide optimization button - This option hides the optimization button.

Show confirmation before optimization - Enabling this will prompt a confirmation pop-up before running an optimization.

Skip custom optimization dialog when dropping driver onto cluster - Enabling this option will remove the custom optimization dialogue when dropping a driver onto a cluster.

Show unviable summary panel - Adds the Unviable Task summary panel to the Map Quick Actions Menu.

Show tasks export button on planning - Enabling this option will display the export button directly on the planning page.

Unassigned task on the map - This field indicates the display color of unassigned Tasks on the map.

Assigned task on the map - This field indicates the display color of assigned Tasks on the map.

Unviable task on the map - This field indicates the display color of unviable Tasks on the map.

Default assignment filters state - When an option is selected, the Task states are automatically pre-filtered to match it. Available options are Assigned, Assigned Manually, Unassigned, and Unviable.

Filter button label override - Assigned - Changes the display name of Assigned Tasks to whatever the user specified.

Filter button label override - Unviable - Changes the display name of Unviable Tasks to whatever the user specified.

Weekly planning is default - Sets Weekly/Range Planning as a default planning screen.

Start date-range from - The viewing range when the date range should start. Users can choose from the following options:

Range duration (days) - Decides how long the viewing range should be. By default it's 7 days.

End date-range on - Users can specify how range planning should set the end of the date range. Users can choose from the following options:

Show schedule utilization on weekly planning - This will display the schedule utilization bar on the weekly planning bar.

Show capacity utilization on weekly planning - This will display the vehicle capacity utilization bar on the weekly planning bar.

Show driver tags on weekly planning - If enabled, Driver tags will be displayed.

Pending task on the map - Changes the color of Pending Tasks on the map on the Monitoring Screen.

Filter button label override - Pending - Changes the display name of Pending Tasks to whatever the user specified.

Filter button label override - In progress - Changes the display name of In progress Tasks to whatever the user specified.

Filter button label override - Completed - Changes the display name of Completed Tasks to whatever the user specified.

Filter button label override - Failed - Changes the display name of Failed Tasks to whatever the user specified.

In progress task on the map -Changes the color of In progress Tasks on the map on the Monitoring Screen.

Completed task on the map - Changes the color of CompletedTasks on the map on the Monitoring Screen.

Failed task on the map - Changes the color of Completed Tasks on the map on the Monitoring Screen.

Hide optimization button - Removes the optimization button from the monitoring screen.

Lateness calculation - Users can choose whether they want to use Time windows or Planned ETA in lateness calculation.

Show lateness panel on Planning - Whether the Task Latenes Panel should appear on the planning screen.

Show tasks as late only if lateness is more than - Set a threshold (in minutes) that instructs eLogii when to mark Tasks as late.

Enable adding a note when failing a task - Allows dashboard users to add a note when failing a Task.

Increase task card and tooltip content size - Enabling this will make the Task card and the Tooltip content size bigger.

Show task UID on task card - The Task UID will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show task type on task card - The Task type will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show task reference on task card - The Task reference will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show task external ID on task card - The Task external ID will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show customer name on task card - The Task customer name will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show order value on task card - The Task order value will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show note count on task card - The note count will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show item count on task card - The Task item count will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show allowed week days - The allowed weekdays will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show city on task card - The location city will be displayed on the Task Card.

Show created timestamp on task card - The timestamp showing when the Task wasvreated will be displayed on the Task Card.

Do not show pickup address for depots - The pickup address will be removed for depot locations.

Open Street View from context menu - The street view will be opened from the context menu.

Show tags - The Task tags will be displayed on the Task Card.

Estimated time - Users can choose whether they would like to use the estimated time of arrival or the estimated time of completion.

Disable task tooltip - Prevents Task tooltip from being displayed when interacting with Tasks.

Show task / route card tooltips on click instead hover - Displays tooltips only when a user clicks a Task or route card, rather than when the cursor hovers over it.

Show task UID in card tooltip - Displays the Task UID in the tooltip.

Show task reference in card tooltip - Displays the Task reference in the tooltip.

Show internal comment in card tooltip - Displays the Task internal comment in the tooltip.

Show driver instructions in card tooltip - Displays the Driver Instructions in the tooltip.

Show task external ID in card tooltip - Displays the Task external ID in the tooltip.

Allowed days of the week - Displays the allowed weekdays set for the Task in the map tooltip.

Time window - Displays the Task time window in the map tooltip.

Task size - Displays the Task dimension in the map tooltip.

Capabilities - Displays the Capabilities required for the Task in the map tooltip.

Skills - Displays the Skils required for the Task in the map tooltip.

Tags - Displays the Task tags in the map tooltip.

Custom data - Whether to display custom fields in the map tooltip.

Service duration - Displays the Task service duration in the map tooltip.

Show route UID on route card - Displays the Route UID on the route card.

Show route reference on route timeline - Displays the Route Reference on the Route Timeline.

Show depot based pickup - Whether depot-based pickups should be shown on the route.

Show route completion time - Whether to show the time when the route was completed.

Dimension to use for route utilization - Set a dimension you wish to use for route utilization. This is especially useful if you have multiple dimensions in use, but would like to use only one of them for route utilization.

Show task tooltip - Whether the Task tooltip should be shown.

Show assignment info tooltip - Displays the assignment info in the tooltip.

Show separate pickup and delivery stop counts - This will display the pickup and delivery stops as separate values on the route card.

Hide deliveries to the depot - All deliveries to the depot will be hidden from the route list.

Fade inactive route stops when a task is highlighted - Reduces the visibility of route stops that are not associated with the currently highlighted Task.

Hide pickups from the depot - All pickups from the depot will be hidden from the route list.

Hide multi-day routes starting on different days from current planning date -Enabling this will only show Multiday Routes that start on the date that's being viewed.

Hide depot reloads from route order list - All depot reloads will be hidden from the route order list.

Hide pickup stops from route order list - All pickup stops will be hidden from the route order list.

Hide capabilities in Driver / Route Card - Capabilities will not be displayed on the Driver/Route card.

Hide skills in Driver / Route Card - Skills will not be displayed on the Driver/Route card.

Disable manual assignment warning - When enabled, the warning message that normally appears during manual Task assignment will no longer be displayed. This allows users to assign tasks manually without receiving confirmation or caution prompts.

Additional confirmation for manual assignment of large number of tasks - When enabled, users are prompted to confirm their action before manually assigning a large number of Tasks at once. This helps prevent accidental bulk assignments and provides an extra safeguard for large-scale changes.

Disable drag and drop for manual assignment - When enabled, userts will no longer be able to assign Tasks manually by dragging and dropping them.

Prevent operators from running optimization - Enabling this will prevent users with an operator role from running optimizations.

Prevent non-admins from editing task details - If enabled, only admin users will be able to edit Task details.

Prevent operators from editing task details - if enabled, operators will not be able to edit Task details.

Prevent operator change order value - if enabled, operators will not be able to alter Task order values.

Prevent operator change task dimensions - if enabled, operators will not be able to alter Task dimensions.

Confirmation dialog when changing task date - If enabled, a confirmation dialogue will be prompted each time a Task is moved to another date by an eLogii user.

Allow task location change without unassign - Location changes can be made without unassigning the Task.

Prevent operators from deleting tasks - If enabled, operators will not be able to delete Tasks.

Prevent operators from setting tasks as cancelled - If enabled, operators will not be able to set Task as Cancelled.

Allow operators to change driver team -If enabled, operators will be able to change the Drivers' team.
