General Dashboard Settings are used to determine the general configuration preferences of your workspace. Accessing these can be done through Configuration ⇒ Dashboard settings ⇒ General.

Default screen for admin users - This option sets the default screen for admin users. This can either be the Planning screen or the Task screen.

Default task details tab - This option lets users choose which default <a href="https://help.elogii.com/en/articles/7064689-task-editing-options" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Task section </a>will open when clicking the Task details option on the Planning Screen.

Assignment, Location, Custom Data, Details, Items or History can be selected as the desired option the Task details tab opens.

Default driver details tab - This option allows users to choose which section of the Driver profile will be opened when selecting the Driver details option on the planning page.

Users can choose Schedule. Custom Data, Details or Skills as the desired section that the Driver Details option will take them to.

Default dashboard locale - Changes the default language of the entire workspace.

These options directly impact the <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5642717-customers">Customer </a>entity.

Enable management of customers and their locations - This enabled the customer section in eLogii.

Show customers without team to everyone - In case of using <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391215-teams">Teams </a>as a part of operations, enabling this will display customers that have not been assigned to a team to everyone.

Show depots without team to everyone - In case of using <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391215-teams">Teams </a>as a part of operations, enabling this will display depots that have not been assigned to a team to everyone.

Use depot From as From in depot notifications - Enabling this will use the information provided in From - Name and From - contact phone respectively in depot notifications.

Show vehicles without team to everyone - In case of using <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391215-teams">Teams </a>as a part of operations, enabling this will display vehicles that have not been assigned to a team to everyone. Enable management of vehicle types - This option enables the creation of <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391061-vehicle-types">vehicle types</a>.

Enable Task plans - Enables the usage of <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391173-recurring-tasks-and-task-templates">Task </a>and <a href="http://help.elogii.com/en/articles/5391183-recurring-route">Route </a>templates.

Show External ID - The external ID will be displayed on Tasks.
