Organization ID is not only used in the tracking link URL but it is also needed for Drivers when logging into the Driver App, along with their login email and password.

Organization ID can be changed in the Configuration ⇒ Organization profile tab.

It is shown as URL Slug under Basic info.

Click Save in the top right corner once you have completed your changes.
