Task Display

Customizing the task card in the Planning screen can be done in Configuration β‡’ Dashboard Settings β‡’ Operations

There are varieties of options in terms of what can be shown in the Task card. The options are as follows:

  • Increase task card and tooltip content size

  • Show task UID on task card - We recommend having this option enabled for organizational purposes, however if it's unnecessary for your workflow and if it clutters your view, you may switch it off any time.

  • Show task reference on task card - If references are a part of your operations and if it's important for you to view them on Task cards, enabling this option will allow you to display references alongside other relevant information.

  • Show customer name on task card - In case you need to display customer names on the Task card - this option will allow you to do so. The Customer's name will be displayed in the top left corner of the Task card, just before the Task UID.

  • Show order value on task card - If this is enabled, eLogii will pick up the amount specified under Order Value and display it at the top of the Task card

  • Show note count on task card

  • Show city on task card - If your business runs operations in multiple cities or if you deliver to other cities, we strongly recommend having this option switched on as it helps you better understand where your deliveries are headed to.

  • Show custom data in task tooltip - If you use the Custom Data feature and you wish to display your Custom data in the task tooltip - this option allows you to do that. Please not that only Task custom data will be picked up and shown. Item Custom data will not be displayed.

  • Show task items in tooltip - When this option is switched on the Item's Name, ID and Barcode will be shown in the Task tooltip.

  • Show created timestamp on task card

  • Do not show pickup address for depots - Depot pickup addresses will not be displayed once this option is on. Instead, only the delivery address will be shown.

  • Show pickup contact phone in tooltip - eLogii will pick up what was populated in the Pickup Contact Phone section of the Task and display that in the tooltip.

  • Show tags

Click Save once all the parameters have been set to apply options.

Driver/Route Display

In this section it is possible to customize how Drivers and Routes will be displayed on the Operations screen. From here it is possible to:

  • Show route UID on route card - Enabling this option will display Route UIDs on the Driver cards, just above their icons.

  • Show depot based pickup - As the title suggests, depot based pickups will be displayed..

  • Show task tooltip - Enabling this option will allow you to display additional Task information when hovering the cursor over a specific Task on the Route.

  • Show separate pickup and delivery stop counts - This option will show pickups and deliveries separately on the Driver card,

  • Hide deliveries to the depot - If this option is on all deliveries to the depot will not be shown on the Route.

This can be set up in Configuration β‡’ Dashboard Settings β‡’ Operations

Click Save once the parameters have been set.

πŸ’‘ Pro tip - Show Pickups and Deliveries separately

By default pickups and deliveries are shown grouped. However if it's more convenient for you to display them separately simply go to Configuration β‡’ Dashboard Settings β‡’ Options and find the option to Show separate pickup and delivery stop counts under the Driver/Route display section. Enabling this option will now display pickups (P) and deliveries (D) as separate sections on the Driver card in the Operations tab.
