Learn how to configure your push notifications and notify Drivers of any changes made to their Routes

When enabled, push notifications allow the Driver to be notified for example once a route is created for them in-dashboard, or when a new Task has been added to their Route,

This feature can be found in Configuration β‡’ Notifications β‡’ Driver.

It is possible to configure push notifications for the following scenarios:

  • Task assigned (for either today or any date)

  • Task unassigned (for either today or any date)

  • Task canceled (for either today or any date)

  • Route created (for either today or any date)

  • Route removed (for either today or any date)

  • Route reordered (for either today or any date)

  • Start or end location updated

  • Schedule updated

  • Teams assignment updated

  • Vehicle updated

In addition to sending push notifications to Drivers, it is also possible to enable SMS notifications to send to Drivers by switching the SMS- enabled toggle on. To learn more about different template tags, please refer to this article.
