If there is an already existing system (or set of systems) within your organization you would like to integrate with eLogii, you can do so via the API.
An example of this would be a CRM system or an ERP system.
The API key can be obtained in Configuration ⇒ API ⇒ Generate.
Two types of API Keys can be generated:
Organization-level API key
Customer-level API key
These API keys can be generated for each customer in eLogii.
Select the customer you wish to generate the API key for and click Add new API key.
API Key regeneration
It is also possible to regenerate the API key in case you have lost the previous one.
