This article explains how to integrate what3words and eLogii. Please keep in mind that, while these two systems can be integrated, additional costs may be incurred on what3words' side, as per their pricing.

Users must have an account on what3words to be able to set up the integration with eLogii. Creating an account with what3words is the first step to connecting the two systems.

Once you create an account with what3words, navigate to the Develop section of what3words and select Get an API Key.

This will take you to the subscription plan section where you can choose which plan you want to proceed with. You may proceed with the free plan if you wish to test the integration but keep in mind that you might want to look into a plan upgrade if you wish to use the integration regularly, as the free plan has limitations.

After you've selected the subscription plan, you will be required to specify a few details before the API key is generated. After populating these fields, you should be able to generate an API key which you can use to connect the two systems.

You can now copy the API key.

Connecting what3words to eLogii can be done from Configuration ⇒ Integrations. Copy and paste the obtained what3words API key into the designated field. The integrations should now work and you will be able to incorporate what3words to better geocode locations.
