To be able to use voice calls within eLogii, you need to have a Twilio number associated with your account. If you already have a purchased Twilio number you'd like to use for this, and an account set up with them, navigate to Configuration ⇒ Integrations, and connect your Twilio account with eLogii by specifying your Account SID, Authentication Token, and Twilio Phone number.
In case you don't have a Twilio account or number, you can follow the instructions from this article and learn how to set everything up. After you've set up your Twilio account, return to this step.
Once you've acquired a phone number and once we configure it for you, navigate to Configuration ⇒ Organization Profile ⇒ Activate Voice Calls. After a few seconds, your phone number should be shown, if this doesn’t happen, additional documentation is likely needed for the purchase due to your country of residence.
Kindly note, if this button is unavailable in your account, this feature likely isn't included in your subscription plan or you're still in trial and haven't activated your subscription.
