In case your workers need to perform specific actions before starting their Tasks, the eLogii Driver App allows you to integrate that part of your operations into their daily activities.

It is possible to set up a checklist of items before they start their Tasks and after they finish them.

For example, if your Drivers need to perform actions such as checking the vehicle, checking the equipment, doing paperwork and similar before they start their Route you can set up a Start checklist for them in Configuration ⇒ Driver App ⇒ Start Checklist.

Adding an End Checklist is done within the same section and the same logic and manner of adding items is applied.

You are able to add as many items as you want, and once you're done click Save to apply your settings.

The items on the checklist can be set as mandatory. This will not allow Drivers to exit the checklist unless they've completed all the listed items.

A new Start Checklist button will appear in the Driver app and once the Drivers select it, a pop up that contains a list of items you specified in Configuration will appear. Once the Start checklist has been completed, the button will switch to the End Checklist which the Driver can access afterwards.

Once completed and saved, checklists cannot be re-accessed.

Custom Checklists

eLogii allows users to create entirely custom checklists. You can set the checklist to have a multiselect option, a confirmation option, or a comment field for example.
To set this up, navigate to the Driver Custom data section (Found in Configuration ⇒ Custom data ⇒ Driver Custom data) and select the type of checklist item you would like to create and save. Then navigate to Configuration ⇒ Driver app and select the custom data option you've just created for the selected checklist field and apply settings.

One settings are applied, this is how it should look like on the Drivers' devices:
