eLogii gives users the possibility to plan Tasks to be executed within a date range. By doing this, the system can fit each task in for the day it is most optimal to be handled, taking into account all the constraints set (schedules, capacities, time windows etc.), as well as the historical and current traffic data information.

Date ranges can be added when creating a task manually, via CSV or by importing tasks through API.

For manual task addition, simply select the days of the week you would like the Task to be considered for, as illustrated on the screenshot, and proceed with filling in any additional relevant Task data and create the Task.

Additionally, you can even determine which days of the week that can be considered for the Task's execution. For example, if you set a 2-week date range, but the Task can only be done on either Mondays or Wednesdays, you can simply check those two days, and the task will be optimized for either of these two days within the span of 2 weeks.

To add a date range for CSV import, simply populate the columns under dateRangeStartDate and dateRangeEndDate with the start and end date of the desired date range.
