Driver Manifest - Where to find
The Driver Manifest provides a clear overview of all routes and tasks assigned to each driver for the day.
This document can be printed and given to a Driver as a paper backup, for example, when physical signatures need to be collected. It serves as a useful complement to the standard ePOD (electronic Proof of Delivery) functionality available within eLogii.
To download the Driver Manifest, navigate to Operations ⇒ Export ⇒ Driver Manifest (PDF).
Printing the manifest for only the selected Drivers is also possible. To do this before exporting, please select the Drivers whose manifests you'd like to print.
Driver Manifest Customization
You can customize the information included in the Driver Manifest export by configuring the desired data segments under Configuration ⇒ Dashboard Settings ⇒ Driver Manifest.
General
Users can do the following:
Scale manifest content - Adjust the manifest content to be larger or smaller.
Show leg per page - Decide whether leg should be shown on the page level.
Show logo - Whether the organization logo should appear on the Driver manifest.
Show text - Whether any custom text expressed in the field below should be shown on the manifest.
Sort by - How the data should be sorted. Users can select to sort the manifest data by any of the following parameters in an ascending or descending manner.
Tasks
Some of the possible data segments that can be included are Reference, Task, and Item Custom Data, Instructions, Items, Recipient name, and many more.
It's also possible to include custom text, and you can also scale the text to your liking.
Route
Show license plate - The licence plate of the vehicle associated with the route will be included.
Show total size - Whether the total vehicle load should be shown.
Show max size - Whether the maximum vehicle load should be shown.
Task custom data fields to show - Allows users to specify which Task custom data to show. To show all custom fields, the field should be left empty.
Items custom data fields to show - Allows users to specify which item custom data to show. To show all custom fields, the field should be left empty.
Show route custom data - Allows users to specify which Route custom data to show. To show all custom fields, the field should be left empty.
Show task order in route - The Task order will be shown on the manifest.
