eLogii lets users customize Loading lists that can be printed and handed over to your workers.
Loading list customization can be found in Configuration ⇒ Dashboard Settings ⇒ Loading List PDF.
Loading List General Customization
The following settings customize the overall appearance of the Loading list:
Scale loading list content - How much you want to scale the content to the page.
Show leg per page - Whether the leg should be displayed per page.
Show logo - Whether the Loading list should be branded with your company logo.
Show text - Whether to include custom text on the loading list.
Text - The text that should be included on the loading list.
Included Task information
The following task information can be displayed on the loading list:
Show uid - Shows the Task UID.
Show reference - Shows the Task reference.
Show external ID - Shows the Task external ID.
Show leg type - Displays the type of leg.
Show address info - Shows address information.
Show address line 2 - Shows values defined in the address line 2 field.
Show arrival time - The Driver's arrival time is displayed.
Show time windows - Time windows will be included in the loading list.
Show contacts - Contacts will be displayed.
Show recipient name - Recipient's name will be shown.
Show signature space - Signature space is included in the loading list.
Show instructions - Driver instructions are included in the loading list.
Show task items - Items will be included in the loading list.
Show Cash on Delivery (COD) info - COD info will be included in the loading list.
Show task custom data - Task custom data will be shown.
Show address name - Address name will be displayed.
Show license plate - The assigned vehicle's license plate will be displayed on the loading list.
Show skills - Required skills will be displayed.
Show capabilities - Required capabilities will be displayed.
Hide depot based pickups - Depot-based pickups will not be included.
Hide pickups with depot based deliveries - Pickups with depot-based deliveries will not be included.
Show dropoff order - The dropoff order will be displayed.
Show dimension - The selected dimensions will be displayed.
Show customer name - The customer name will be displayed.
Route information
The following route information can be included:
Show license plate - Shows the assigned vehicle license plate.
Show total size - Shows the total route size information.
Show max size - Shows maximum route size.
Task custom data fields to show - Determines which specific Task custom data fields are displayed. Leave empty to show all custom fields.
Items custom data fields to show - Whether to display Item custom data.
Items custom data fields to show - Determines which specific item custom data fields to display. Leave empty to show all custom fields
Show route custom data - Whether to display route custom data.
