The POD PDF is a downloadable document that captures all proof of delivery details for a given Task. It provides your internal teams with a complete record of the actions performed and any associated content, and it can also be shared externally so customers can download their own delivery confirmations.
Downloading POD PDF
POD PDFs can be generated for a single Task or downloaded in bulk for multiple Tasks at once.
Individual POD PDF export
To export an individual POD PDF, go to the Task section, select the desired Task, and open the Actions menu. From there, choose the Proof of Delivery export option.
Bulk POD PDF export
Printing batch PODs for a selected number of Tasks can be done in Tasks ⇒ Filter Tasks ⇒ Selection ⇒ Actions ⇒ Batch Proof of delivery (PDF).
Selecting the Zip format download option generates a link you can click to download the PODs packed in a ZIP file.
Enabling POD PDF download for customers
POD PDFs can also be made available for download on the tracking page for customers. This can be enabled through Configuration ⇒ Tracking page and select the option to Enable download of Proof of Delivery (PDF).
After enabling this, customers will be able to download the POD PDF by clicking the Download Proof of Delivery (PDF) button.
Customizing POD PDF

The design of your POD export is customizable, and it can be adjusted in Configuration ⇒ Dashboard settings ⇒ POD PDF.
Users can customize their POD PDFs by utilizing the following options:
Show barcode on Proof of delivery - Whether the barcode of the Task/Item should be shown on the POD PDF.
Barcode field - If the above option is enabled, this field allows users to specify which field to refer to when showing barcodes on the POD PDF.
Hide depot pickups on POD - Depot pickup information will not be shown on the POD PDF.
Hide customer pickups on POD - Customer pickups will not be listed on the POD PDF.
Show driver info - This option will display Driver information (full name, vehicle, phone number).
Show external ID - Task/Item external ID information will be displayed.
Custom data fields to show - By default, all Task custom data is visible on the POD PDF. This option allows users to specify which Task custom data fields they wish to display on the POD PDF; the unselected ones will not be visible.
Generate barcode based on task UID (if barcode field is empty) - The barcode field on the POD PDF will be populated by the auto-generated UID-based barcode.
Show items custom data on POD - Item custom data will be displayed on the POD PDF.
Show item quantity - Item quantity will be displayed on the POD PDF.
Hide task custom data - By default, all Task custom data is visible on the POD PDF. This option hides all Task custom data.
Use depot contact name as Support info - The originating depot contact name will be listed under the Support info section.
Hide pickup instructions - Pickup instructions will not be shown on the POD PDF.
