eLogii allows you to let your Customers rate their delivery experience and write a comment,

Enabling this can be done in Configuration ⇒ Tracking ⇒ Show Rating.

Click Save once the feature is enabled.

The Customers can rate their delivery experience and add a comment on the tracking link which is included in the notification email. You are also able to Customize the tracking page as well as Customize the email messages your Customers receive.

Viewing all the ratings per driver is possible in Drivers ⇒ Driver profile ⇒ Ratings.
