If you have a specific workflow, where the first task needs to start after driver schedule starts, and the driver should be there waiting instead of starting later, you can configure this in the Configuration ⇒ Optimization ⇒ Wait at first task instead of starting later.

Click Save once the feature has been enabled.

Please keep in mind that the wait times displayed at the start of the route will be color-coded differently when this feature is enabled. The wait time is color yellow when this feature is switched on, and blue when disabled.
