Depending on your plan, you can also enable a PUDO use case in eLogii i.e. the package needs to be dropped off at a specific location (one of your depots for example) and the customer will pick it up from that endpoint in person.

PUDO can be enabled in Configuration ⇒ Driver App ⇒ Configure App as PUDO.

Click Save once the feature has been enabled.
