Both the Planning and Monitoring screens can be customized in terms of the information you'd like to display, which colors to use for specific display elements, which elements to display on Task cards, and many more options.

To customize them, go to Configuration β‡’ Dashboard settings β‡’ Operations.

Planning screen customization options

For the Planning Screen, you have a couple of options:

  • Hide Driver markers - This will hide driver markers from the Planning Screen

  • On the current planning date, hide tasks scheduled for other dates - This will only show Tasks scheduled for the current day.

  • Change map display colors for Unassigned, Assigned, and Unviable Tasks - The colors of dots that signify the appropriate statuses of Tasks on the map can be changed. If you'd like for Assigned Tasks to display as green dots on the map, and unassigned ones as yellow for better visibility, you can change it by selecting the desired colors from the color picker.

  • Filter button label override - It's also possible to override the default status names and to further customize it into something that better suits your business terminology. the Assigned, Unassigned, and Unviable statuses can have completely different names.

Weekly/Range Planning

  • Range/Weekly planning is default - This will make the Weekly planning screen a default instead of Daily planning when you go to the Planning screen.

  • Set display date range - A specific starting date range can be set in advance so it always follows a set pattern. Users can set when they want the date range to start (they can choose to show Tasks starting from Today, Beginning of the week, Beginning of the month, Beginning of the first week of the month, X days from today). If the option to show a specific number of days from today is chosen, users need to specify the number of days they'd like to show in weekly planning in the Range duration (days) field. The end day within the display range can also be set, and users can choose any of the following options: Exactly on end of range duration, Last of the week, or Last day of the month.

  • Show schedule utilization on weekly planning and Show capacity utilization on weekly planning - When enabled, these options will display the Vehicle capability and the Schedule utilization as two separate fields visible immediately without the need to hover your mouse over the route to see this information.

What to do in case you accidentally close any of the Planning screen components

If you've accidentally closed any of the entity sections on your planning screen (for example, you closed the Task section or the Driver section), there is a way to get them back.

Firstly, locate the Customize screen layout button. The button is located in the left corner of the top bar, just next to the eLogii icon. Click the button.

A pop-up will appear. Now, just click the Reset to default button. This action will restore your Planning screen to its default look, and it will retrieve all the accidentally closed components.

After performing this action, feel free to close this pop-up.
