Controlling up to which percentage the vehicle can be utilized can be set in Configuration ⇒ Optimization.
For example, if the input is 0.9, this will mean the Vehicles will be utilized up to 90% of their capacity when optimizing.
Click Save once the parameters have been set.
This option works on both engines.
