This feature allows users to select routes and view them in one place in a table view.

Entering the table view can be done by switching from the Route Timelines Panel tab to the Route Task List tab. The tab switch is on the screen's left side, under the Task status list The Route Task list is visible only through the Daily Planning view..

Switching from one view to another will replace the Route Timelines Panel with a table view similar to the Task Table View feature. Selecting the routes you want to view will populate the table with the Tasks contained within the selected routes.

Please note that Reoptimization and manual Task rearrangement is not possible through the table view.

Customizing the table

Much like the table in the Task Table view, the elements shown in the Route Task List can be modified, and the overall size of the table can be adjusted to take as little or as much of the screen. The view customization you set up for yourself will be transferred over to all future views. Additionally, keep in mind that the Table view adjustments are on a user level, meaning that only you can view how you've set up your table view, and this gives each user the freedom to customize the Table view to their liking, without interfering with others' setups.

In case you wish to start over again and reset the view to default, you can do so by clicking on the reset table state button which will revert the table back to its original state.

In addition, you can adjust the size of the table at any point and choose how much or how little of the screen the table will expand over.

The customization options for the Route Task List are identical to the ones for the Task Table View.

Use case

This feature is meant to facilitate viewing and filtering of large numbers of Tasks in a cleaner and more manageable way. If your fleets do large amounts of Tasks daily, and if your team needs to be able to filter and view specific routes and their elements (such as ETAs, Task weight, or Zones the Tasks fall under), the Route List View feature enabled this kind of approach to planning and monitoring. You have full control over which information is shown and how it is shown.

This is especially useful when you wish to filter Tasks from heaviest to lightest (or vice-versa), or if you wish to see all the Zones that the selected Tasks go through. This significantly facilitates Task monitoring and gives you insights into any of the parameters you wish to keep track of.
