eLogii enables you to provide customers with real-time visibility into the status of their delivery or service, regardless of your business type. This means that, if given access to the tracking link, customers can receive updates on the Driver's/Agent's whereabouts, as well as in which execution state their order/request is.
Customizing the tracking page
You can customize the tracking page to match your needs, choosing exactly what customers see and what actions they can take. For example, you can allow customers to reschedule their orders to another date, and limit the number of times they can do this, or you can allow them to view and download the collected PODs in PDF.

Sending the Tracking link to customers
Customers get tracking links by SMS or email. A notification is sent each time a Task changes its state (e.g., from En Route to Delivered) if notifications for the specific states are enabled.
When editing the notifications, you can use the {{trackingLink}} template tag to insert the tracking link into SMS notifications. By default, emails already have a built-in button that has the tracking link embedded, which means that all the emails customers receive will contain the link to the tracking page, which can be removed through the email notification HTML editor in eLogii.
Tracking Link generation via API
The eLogii API does not include an endpoint for retrieving the tracking link, but it is possible to construct the link yourself. You can learn more about this in our Tracking ling generation article.
