To enable this option go to Configuration ⇒ Cost calculation ⇒ Route cost calculation.
Switching this option on will enable the system to perform cost calculations that you set in place, so make sure this is enabled. To learn more about Cost calculation preferences, please refer to this article.
Driver Cost
Adding driver’s cost can be done in the Drivers ⇒ Driver’s profile ⇒ Cost.
The cost that is inputted will be factored in when calculating route’s cost.
Click Save once the changes have been added.
Adding vehicle costs can be done in the Vehicles ⇒ Vehicle Profile ⇒ Cost.
The available options are:
Per day
Per unit

Vehicle Cost
To set up Vehicle cost go to Vehicles ⇒ Vehicle profile ⇒ Cost
The available options are:
Per day
Per hour
Per kilometer
Per unit of box
For both Vehicle and Driver Cost setup you can add an additional tier to each of the available categories.
Viewing Cost Calculation
To view cost calculation data simply switch to the Driver route card in Operations and click on the cost icon to view details-
Exporting this data is also possible in Route Task Export, and the cost information is under "Total Cost Pickup" and Total Cost".
Please note that for the cost calculation to be visible, Vehicles and Drivers need to have a set cost
