Finding and Viewing a specific Task or set of tasks can be done by filtering in the side menu of the Tasks screen.

In the quick filters, you can filter by:

  • Task UID

  • Task Reference

  • Task States (created, delivered etc.)

  • Assignment states

  • Teams the tasks are looked after by (depends on account configuration)

  • Any tags and descriptions

If you select advanced filters, you can filter by a much wider array of task attributes, some of which are:

  • Depot

  • Address (full or partial)

  • Time windows

  • Assigned drivers

  • Customer

  • Whether the task is partially completed or not

  • The order value of the task

  • Contact details (for example a phone number)

  • Driver skills assigned to tasks

  • Vehicle Capabilities assigned to tasks

  • Dimension unit (for example weight, or whichever unit / units you have configured in your account)

  • Any custom data fields you have defined

When the filters have been added, clicking Apply Filter will allow all the tasks with those parameters to show.

Depending on your account configuration, you can also set up filter pre-sets which will allow you to quickly select a template by which you want to filter. You can create pre-sets by setting up the filters you require and then subsequently clicking on the arrow and selecting Create Preset. You can then easily manage and edit the pre-sets you create in this way.
