Finding and viewing a specific Task or set of tasks can be done by filtering in the side menu of the Tasks screen.

In the quick filters, you can filter by:

  • Task UID

  • Reference

  • External ID

  • Task States (created, delivered, etc.)

  • Teams the tasks are looked after by (depends on account configuration)

  • Date range

  • Item information contents

If you select advanced filters, you can filter by a much wider array of task attributes, some of which are:

  • Depot

  • Address (full or partial)

  • Time windows

  • Assigned drivers

  • Customer

  • Whether the task is partially completed or not

  • The order value of the task

  • Contact details (for example, a phone number)

  • Driver skills are assigned to tasks

  • Vehicle Capabilities assigned to tasks

  • Dimension unit (for example, weight, or whichever unit/units you have configured in your account)

  • Any custom data fields you have defined

And many more options.

When the filters have been added, clicking Apply Filter will allow all the tasks with those parameters to show.

Depending on your account setup, you can create and use filter presets to quickly apply saved filtering templates. To create a preset, first apply the desired filters, then click the arrow icon and select Create Preset. Presets you create this way can be easily managed and edited at any time.
