Revenue Calculation is an extension to the Cost Calculation feature. Once enabled, users are able to view the revenue their company generated for each Route.
The system calculates Driver and Vehicle costs and subtracts them from the order value, or in other words, the revenue will be calculated by the system on every change.
This feature is not on by default, so it needs to be enabled in Configuration ⇒ Cost/Revenue Calculation ⇒ Revenue Calculation.
Users can also choose if they want to include the Order Value as revenue as well.
The Total revenue will be displayed at the bottom of the Cost details panel. If the revenue is positive it will be displayed in green.
However, if the revenue is negative it will be displayed in red.
If Revenue calculation is enabled after you've optimized Routes, it will not be recalculated retroactively. You need to reoptimize the Route, or manually reorder the Route for the values to be recalculated.
