Complete Task with a Problem

Learn how to successfully complete a Task, but note down an issue that has occurred

If a Task or job has been completed, but an issue needs to be recorded, eLogii provides an option to mark it as completed with a problem.

To use this feature, Task Failure must be enabled - either for both pickups and deliveries or for deliveries only, depending on your business setup.

Once this has been enabled, Drivers will be able to document any problems that occurred within the Task completion process.

Completing a Task with a Problem in the Mobile App

If Drivers encounter a problem at either the pickup or the delivery portion of the Task, they can record it by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Problem button located in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select the comment option and select one of the pre-defined reasons (or write a comment if enabled)

  3. Tap Save to apply changes.

  4. Lastly, tap Finish to complete the Task with a problem.

How is this recorded in eLogii?

Although Tasks completed with a problem will appear with a completed state, the problem will still be recorded in the Task History.
