The Task Issue Workflow covers various stages and approaches to handling issues, and it gives users the flexibility and freedom to set up the issue workflow to meet their needs. All these options can be found and configured in Configuration โ‡’ Task Issue Workflow.

In case of potential issues on the road. or issues when performing a Task, users can configure it so that the Driver can dial the designated Driver support/dispatcher number.

You can also allow Drivers to contact the Pickup or Delivery contact related to the Task directly.

This allows instructions to be given to the Driver in case the recipient is unavailable, directing them to a safe place to leave the Task. The safe place can either be the pickup address or a custom location of your choice.

These options allow you to enable Drivers to fail Tasks from the Driver app, as well as set custom failure reasons for both failed pickups and deliveries.

Reattempts and Returns

Activating reattempts means that Drivers can try to deliver the Task again after failing for the first time.

When it comes to Return Tasks, there are many options in terms of where the Driver needs to deliver the Return Tasks, as well as which actions need to be performed. eLogii also allows an automated Return Task creation based on specific conditions.
