Contact Support/Dispatcher
This feature allows the Driver to directly call the support phone number, which was previously set in Configuration ⇒ Driver app ⇒ Driver support phone.
Enabling the option to call Driver support/the dispatcher can be done in Configuration ⇒ Task Issue Workflow ⇒ Allow driver to contact support/dispatcher.
Contact Direct
Allowing the Driver to directly call the pickup or the delivery contact can be enabled in Configuration ⇒ Issue Options ⇒ Allow driver to make a direct call to pickup/delivery contact.
The Driver will be able to call either the Pickup or Delivery contact's number specified within the Task. This will configure options the Driver sees via the eLogii Driver App.
Click Save once the changes have been made.
