Task History allows users to view all actions associated with a particular Task.

To view Task History, navigate to Tasks β‡’ Task Profile β‡’ History.

There are two types of data sets you can view - State updates and Data updates.

State updates include all execution history for example timestamps of pickup, drop-off and so on. Essentially, all actions performed by the Driver once assigned.

Data updates include all changes made to the Task including which Driver it was assign to, if it's been reassigned to another Driver, if any changes were made to the Task in general, and so on.

Here, you are able to find all POD data that was captured for the Task. The information will be shown in both the State updates and Data updates sections respectively.

All the changes made to this task as well as their timestamps will be displayed here. You can choose to expand the view further by selecting Show data updates, or if the Task is still ongoing you can select Refresh for the latest updates.

Data from Task history cannot be deleted or altered in any way. The only way to delete Task history is to delete the Task entirely from eLogii.

Task History will also show you the geographical location of each Task State change.

Clicking the location icon will prompt a pop up which will show you the exact location which was captured when the Task state has been changed. This can be particularly useful if you want to ensure that the Drivers were at the correct location at a given time.

This can also be viewed on the Tracking page when customers choose to Show Timeline and Collected Data.
