Contact Support

This feature allows the driver to directly call the support phone number, which was previously set in the dashboard.

Enabling it can be done in Configuration β‡’ Issue Options β‡’ Allow driver to contact support/dispatcher.

Contact Direct

Allowing the driver to directly call the pickup or the delivery contact can be enabled in Configuration β‡’ Issue Options β‡’ Allow driver to make a direct call to pickup/delivery contact.

This will configure options the driver sees via the eLogii Driver App.

Click Save once the changes have been made.
