Contact Support
This feature allows the driver to directly call the support phone number, which was previously set in the dashboard.
Enabling it can be done in Configuration β Issue Options β Allow driver to contact support/dispatcher.
Contact Direct
Allowing the driver to directly call the pickup or the delivery contact can be enabled in Configuration β Issue Options β Allow driver to make a direct call to pickup/delivery contact.
This will configure options the driver sees via the eLogii Driver App.
Click Save once the changes have been made.
